I prefer written communication to structure my thoughts and respond precisely and completely. But async doesn't mean slow — I respond quickly and efficiently, as I learned while managing multiple clients and teams simultaneously.
Structured Meetings
I appreciate meetings with a clear agenda where everyone comes prepared. But I also enjoy brainstorms where each person brings their sensitivity and expertise to address a problem comprehensively.
Clear Responsibilities
I need to understand the "why" and "who it impacts" to fully invest myself. Once the context is clear, I prefer autonomy — I deliver without needing to be closely followed.
Optimized Rhythm
Meetings and organizational tasks in the morning, creativity and deep work in the afternoon. I'm more productive remote with my peaks early morning and late afternoon, but I adapt perfectly to on-site work.
